At Alignora, we want you to feel confident about your order.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible.
Before returning any item, please contact us at alignora.support@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
Please do not send your order back without receiving return instructions from us first, as the return address may differ from the address shown on the original package.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at alignora.support@gmail.com and include:

After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, replacement part, or refund.
Return Shipping
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect and a return is required, Alignora will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
For returns due to a change of mind, personal preference, or an unwanted item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at alignora.support@gmail.com.
Orders can only be cancelled before they have entered fulfillment or been shipped. Once fulfillment has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
